Modern Fleet and On‑road Kit
​Our fleet is kept to commercial standards and inspected weekly to reduce downtime. Each van includes internal shelving, secure cargo restraints, and cab-to-cargo access for faster, safer loading. Drivers receive a handheld scanner and a rugged smartphone with route optimisation and proof of delivery software. We supply high-visibility clothing and basic PPE. Vehicles are serviced on a fixed mileage schedule and replaced on a lifecycle plan, so drivers work in reliable, modern vans.
Onboarding and Training
As part of our driver recruitment opportunities, we provide a short, structured onboarding programme that introduces new drivers to paperwork, vehicle basics and equipment, followed by paired shifts with an experienced driver for on‑route coaching and a simple competency check, then a transition to independent work with scheduled check‑ins and access to refresher training and progression opportunities.
